Are your plants suitable for beginners?
While we cater primarily to experienced gardeners and collectors, many of our plants come with detailed care instructions. We recommend starting with our hardier varieties like certain boxwood or bamboo plants if you’re new to gardening.
Do you provide growing instructions with each order?
Yes! Every shipment includes detailed acclimatization instructions and specific care guidelines tailored to each plant’s needs, helping them transition smoothly to your garden environment.

Why can’t you ship to Asia and some remote regions?
We’re restricted by international agricultural regulations and phytosanitary requirements in certain countries. We continuously monitor these restrictions and update our shipping policies accordingly.
How do you protect plants during transit?
Our horticulture team specially wraps each plant’s root system with protective cushioning. We include season-appropriate insulation and moisture control tailored to your region’s climate. Many customers remark that our packaging is “a work of art itself!”

What if my plants arrive damaged?
